Team DM will be publishing profiles from great men of history every 1-2 weeks. We will start with one of the world's best tactions Sun Tzu, this will include a downloadable version of Sun Tzu's Art of War.

Blaze Addresses Us All
Men of glorious my Clan, I do not have much time for exhortation, but to the brave a few words are as good as many...
I do not fight with a cool head today, I admit it. My eyes see only a red mist. I do not want them to run from battle, I want their heads on our pikes by evening ,I want to see blood! I want to BATHE in their blood! I want to bathe in their blood for a week!
Now heed my words One of you is worth more than any number of them, Our foes are countless and our allies are few, yet in this we thrive.
So i say to you the die is cast so Cry "Havoc!" and let slip the dogs of war, with ruthless rage and terror upon the heads of our enemys,For we will conquer all.
Our Clan is strong but devided we make no mark, as a Clan we must march divided toward our goal and fight concentrated angainst our foes.
What coast knows not our blood? for what nation have we not faced and won, Ha there is non!
Remeber Skill and valour still count for something in war and we more than any have proven that, with Toil and Victory we have proven our worth more times than is known.
Each of you my brave warriors of Team DM has shown your worth and i feel honourd to know and stand side by side with each and every one of you.
Euripides said:Danger gleams like sunshine to a brave man's eyes, and all of you are brave men when war is concernd. And the gleam of battel is too much to resist for any of you.
My Glorious Warrior,Heroes, LEGENDS remember this: he serves me most, who serves his Clan best.
Duty and Honour walk hand in hand with Victory, if you serve these virtues they shall be yours.

Honour,Respect and Valour
Members of Our glorious Clan remember this, men grow tired of sleep, love, singing and dance sooner than of war, and for war we where made
For nobody is driven in to war by ignorance, and no one who thinks he will gain anything from it is deterred by fear. We face each battle with courage in our hearts and strength in our eyes, with sprits high and victory in mind, there can be no loss as a glorious death is his who for his Clan falls.
The desire for safety stands against every great and noble enterprise on earth for the gods favour the bold, and those who fight with honour and valour deep inside there souls.
In war I am more afraid of our own mistakes than of our enemies' designs, for in war we must always leave room for strokes of fortune, and accidents that cannot be foreseen.
But remember we fear no man, no Clan, NO GOD, as the true test of a man is his ability to adapt and learn.
Team DM has such honour and glory in its name that even the great players them selves have respect and honour us. It is the sign of true valour when one has a respect for a worthy foe.
Remember a coward's mother does not weep for him as Only the brave enjoy noble and glorious deaths, and to those that flee comes neither power nor glory.

A dishonourable act
As the many readers of this blog will know Team DM respect honour more than any other virtue, so some of you might wonder what happens to any of Our Clan who dishonours Our Victorious name.
Dismissal and humiliation is thrust upon them, there is one example I will use, Hell/peace was accepted into our glorious clan with open arms. He was respected and even fought alongside our Ruthless Founders, but he disrespected the Rules and insulted Our Victorious name.
This will not be tolerated he was challenged to battle and lost with out even a good fight, this man has No glory to his name, No victory in battle and most of all No place in Team DM.
Our Clan dose not ask much from its warrior members but respect and honour is the very foundation or our great Clan.
Team DM dose not respect those who insult our good name, nor do we take those who cheat or have no sense of friar play.
With out honour there can be no glory, without glory there can be no true Victory,Without Victory there can be no end to War.

Two great Clans
Our glorious Clan at last has a rival worthy of us, there name AoDM, and we could not be more proud to face such a foe.
With honour and valour they fight and have more than earned there place in the world of AOM. Team DM is proud to call this Clan a glorious rival and look forward to a long road of War and Battle.
Our Clans will fight battle after battle but what ever the out come may be we shall remain friends.
Team DM has many foes but no longer is AoDM one of them, Team DM & AoDM will walk hand in hand and together destroy all and any opposition.
Our Clan has such victory to its name that its very presence strikes fear in to the hearts of any who can not stand a good fight. But no longer do we struggle to find a good fight for AoDM will give it.

War
Members of Our Clan heed my words the only way to truly gain Honour and Glory is through Victory on the field of battle, and courage in the eyes of men. If your foe overwhelms you or casts aside your allies, do not despair or lose heart, you will lead by example if you are to go down with your ship like a captain as he sails against the odds, then you will go down in a blaze of glory and make your enemies come to fear your name.
You, each one of you, every member, every warrior of our Victorious Clan will serve as an inspiration to all our allies and enemies alike. When our foes see what we have in store for them they will soon learn to respect that which can Not be defeated. And as we have seen so many times those who have no stomach for a real fight flee at the very sight of the name Team DM.
Each of you make our Clan what it is, each warrior of Team DM has earned his place, and should be proud to fly our banner, and feel as glorious and mighty as Hannibal felt as he looked down on the armies he had conquered.
